Your best kept secret....

You told your mum a secret when you were 7 years old. It remains a 'secret' to this day no matter your age. You told your mum because you TRUSTED her [see photo]. Today you retain your secret because you imagine that you can not TRUST the world around you. But your real problem is you do not trust yourself. I know this to be true because I have interviewed thousands of people and almost all of them have a secret that they intent to keep to themselves. I have met a few who readily, and willingly, shared their secret. However. They are so rare that I tend to believe that I imagined them. So what is your secret? Your secret is your NEEDS. Whenever someone told me about their NEEDS [in an interview] I hired them on the spot. Then I created a job around those NEEDS. So in effect they created their own employment - they were self-employed from that moment on. Incidentally, they created more 'use value' than the teams of people around them. Some worked extra long hours; others worked very short hours [these folks had other commitments]. But. They all worked at peak performance for the hours they were on the job. Write down your NEEDS [not your wants] on a sheet of paper. That piece of paper contains your secret. Richard
