Newminimalism promotes *originality *discipline *creativity *loyalty *less fluff
Workers must be "woke" today to find success in more and more workplaces. This means these workers must be able to describe, or to prescribe, all the moving element of "woke-ness" [see photo]. Thus, "woke-ness" is a blessing or a curse for the current generation of workers in the global workplace. If these workers live inside a "woke" community then being hired into a "woke workplace" is a blessing. If these workers come from an "un-woke" place then they will struggle to comply with the rules of "work-ness" that is strictly policed by HR.
Why is "woke-ness" invading the global workplace? The reason is simple. Many modern workers are bored at work and so HR is desperate to find effective ways to better engage workers in the culture and community they police. Another reason is that "woke-ness" is finding a welcoming home in the modern workplace because it has already germinated in many communities around the world. Thus it makes perfect sense for HR units to level-up the "woke-ness" in the workplace with that inside the communities where the workers live.
Woke-ness is also being promoted in marketing campaigns and on advertising banners that pummel us day after day. The poster child for "woke-ness" today [15th January 2020] is a young and energetic Duchess of Sussex [Meghan Markle] who has become the talisman for being "woke". She has led the push for her and her husband to leave the Royal Family [and The Royal Firm's workplace] because it is "demonstrably" not a bastion of "woke-ness".
In the broader context of "woke-ness" - it is the HR unit inside organisations and businesses everywhere that will drive "woke reforms" throughout a modern workplace.
