What software runs inside your head....

Most folks spend inordinate amounts of time choosing songs, games, videos, and applications to run content into their heads. Few spend time building bulwarks against the intrusion of 'white noise' to their peace of mind. The photo shows a girl plugged into the outside world through an AI device. The processor inside that device is probably state of the art. However. The processor inside her head is what will determine how well she can deal with the flood of 'white noise' being beamed into her cortex. I use a version of mind software. Today I run the 'Tardis' version of minimal-you. This version expands my mental capabilities because it restricts inputs from the outside world to those that match my needs. This is achieved by applying the work of Claude Elwood Shannon who wrote about the difference between 'the noise' and 'the message'. Shannon identified four phases in communications - sender, encoder, channel, and decoder. Minimal-you blocks certain senders. It identifies encoded messages in voice, word, image, emotion, etc. It leaves open all those channels that deliver quality messages. It decodes by using three disciplines [needs, habits, beliefs] to remove 'white noise'. Richard
