What defines you?

Minimal-you is my construct of 'what defines you'.  Clearly, the constituent elements of minimal-you are different for each of us. But. The overarching schema of minimal-you is the same for everyone.

At the very core of minimal-you is discipline. Those with the discipline to live their lives based on their needs - rather than the wants of others - will eventually discover their minimal-you. Perhaps the greatest benefit you can derive from finding your minimal-you is the strong connection forged [again or for the first time] with your inherent 'state of mind' [see photo].

Once you eliminate the clutter of 'other people's wants' from your 'state of mind' you can become the best person you can be.
