Superheroes inspire individuals to be the very best they can be [see photo]. It does not mean that Superheroes are perfect human beings - they also have indelible flaws. Sport - Sam Kerr is Australian Captain who scored all her team's goals in a 4-1 victory over Jamaica at World Cup. Fiction - Jessica Jones is the deviant, rebel, she-force who storms through her Marvel stories on Netflix. Technology - Steve Jobs inspired his Pixar team to create Toy Story. Books - Peter Thiel inspired Blake Masters - a student of his at Stanford University - to keep his notes on startups and together they wrote 'Zero to One'. Life - Mothers, fathers, aunts, and uncles who are there to shine a guiding light for children all around the world.
We need more Superheroes who are willing to take on the collectives - the elites, ideologues, and group thinkers - just as Bobby Kennedy took on Jimmy Hoffa at the Teamsters. Bobby was a flawed individual but Jimmy was a mobster. Bobby stood for individuals [no matter their race, creed, colour, or circumstance] meanwhile Jimmy stood for the blob [a dark shadow of corruption, greed, and intimidation]. My wish for you is there are many Superheroes in your life. Richard
