Unlock your mind....

Minimalists possess an unlocked mind.


Our physical world is locked down.

We live in a world of fear of an invisible threat [covid-19]. We face this fear with a one size fits all strategy; that is a regime of full-on lockdowns [see photo].


However the real threat to you is a locked down mind. We have known for decades that group think is the best way to lock down your mind. To adopt a group think response to an invisible virus is understandable, and yet, this posses a great threat to your mental health.


The challenge for you is to unlock your mind. Escaping the oppression of the global regulation of thoughts, habits, and beliefs is what minimalists accept as a mundane challenge for them during each and every day.


Unlocking your mind begins the moment you establish new mind habits. New mind habits can persist if, and only if, an individual can alter the mind-tapes that inform the inner voice that runs inside his or her head.


Run those mind-tapes inside your head until they repeat and repeat. Then begin the process of erasing them. Erasing these mind-tapes will be a tedious task; however, you will ultimately unlock your mind from the global prison that "the collective" built to entrap you.
