In a post-2020 world it will no longer be enough to simply be different by joining a tightly defined intersectional group. The fact is that one can not become unique if he or she is defined by a Clique, group, or collective. And most workers today are members of a collective and increasingly that is defined for them by an enterprise's HR ideology.
