When you become a minimalist your life improves in ways that you previously thought was impossible [see photo].
You focus on your needs and shuff-off the collective wants that dominate the world around you. You discover that you need quality goods and services. You discover that you need to hang with competent people. You discover that you need to cooperate with others [based on trust] rather than collaborate with others [based on rules]. You discover that the future is far more positive than those around you might even contemplate.
Many of the issues that dominate our thoughts today come to be seen in a completely different way. First and foremost there are more options than we are ever told about by those who peddle "the solution" to issues that are bundled together under the heading "Climate Change". The solution is wind turbines, solar panels, a new ecosystem for transport [self-driving units that are ultimately controlled by Tesla], digital money controlled by central banks, corporate compliance to rules designed to control individual and group behaviours, and central government control of all aspect of an individual's life.
The pathway to minimalism is hard for most of us to travel this road. We must learn to eliminate groupthink. We must learn to fashion our habits in ways that serve our individual needs. And we must learn to recreate our beliefs to better align them to the changes we make to our thoughts and habits.
Richard.
