The modern world is fractured, fragile, and volatile: this has occurred, in part, because"there is no adult in the room" [see photo].
The latest British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is said to be "the adult in the room" and that is why he was appointed to run the country. But Rishi Sunak came to power by coup. The Bank of England, the city [global financial clique], and the rump of the Conservative backbench all plotted for 44 days to destroy Liz Truss and force her to resign. They achieved that goal and then it was green lights all the way for RIshi to rise to power.
Rishi Sunak is not the adult in the room which Britain needs to right the ship of state. He is a puppet of his coup masters and thus he lacks the political power he would need to become a substantial national/global leader. The evidence of Rishi Sunak' s impotence is already clear. Take the example of the Rishi Sunak policy initiative promoted during his run-off election with Liz Truss. His policy was to fine "no show" patients at NHS medical centers. He suggested that if a patient was a "no show" twice then any repeat would incur a 10 pound sterling fine. Well... In the first week of Rishi Sunak ascendence to power we see him fold on this simple, innovative, and practical policy.
There is no adult in the room despite Prime Minister Rishi Sunak being installed in No 10.
Richard.
