The world is deranged....
Each person in my network lives and works in a particular slice of this derangement. So here is your challenge - as I see it.
At work and at home in 2021 each person must match who they are with what the system demands from them.
Some systems demand we all change. Other systems demand that we do not change. A common issue is that these two types of systems are trying to co-exist. One system at work and the other at home. The people who live inside this mismatch soon become deranged.
People who do not have compatible systems at work and at home are forced to choose one over the other. But... Making that choice when an individual has a deranged mindset leads to bad decisions.
If you can match the people to the system that controls your work and your home life you will be considered to be deranged. If you fail to achieve that match you are as deranged as the world around you.
