In 2020 the "woke" global brand is lighting-up the skies all around the world [see photo].
Coke, Apple, MacDonalds, and Netflix are established global entities but none are the equal of the "woke" brand. The "woke" brand has a digital narrative that no other contemporary entity can match. It is well suited to our 2020 world because it shines a light on a star-burst [see photo] of other narratives of stand-alone brands. Being "woke" means that one has a stamped subscription pass to Climate Change [new green deals], Fourth Wave Feminism [gender preference beyond being male], Social Justice [diversity and inclusion], Open Borders [global government via the United Nations], Equal Outcomes [advancement on basis of identity not merit], and so much more.
Woke-ness is conveyed through subliminal messages that invoke images, jokes, memes, chants, and even body language. This means the "woke" brand is a new phenomenon in messaging because it is designed to become a networked narrative that forms clusters of "group think". It is a modern form of messaging that is tailor-made for Twitter, Facebook, social media, closed-loop marketing [as deployed by Amazon], and viral memes.
The true genius of the "woke" brand is a message that is directed at those individuals who are amenable to being sucked-up into a global collective of "woke-ness". The "it" narrative of "woke-ness" is "you are a victim of past and present systems of power and privilege".
The true magic of the "woke" brand is that it touches every element of our global society from the Elite to the impoverished.
Richard.
