So much of the 2020 version of you is really just your version of them [see photo].
The challenge for you and me today is to establish strategies that will enable each of us to live a life that is true to our most basic character traits.
I have worked on this project for the past 5 years and in that time I have established a detox program that will refocus you, and your life, on the best aspects of you.
Here is my three-step process.
First, work on what and how you think about mundane issues in your life. Eliminate those collective wants that have captured you through social media and other Internet content. You can do all this in three days if you recalibrate your focus on individual needs and away from collective wants.
Second, work on what you do [and how you do it] day after day. Spend three days as you repurpose your individual habits to support your inherent needs. It is the simple things you do each day that you will realign with your core needs.
Third, work on what you belief. Spend three days on your core beliefs. Track back in your life to discover where and when these beliefs were implanted into your mind and re-evaluate the true "use value" they being to your life in 2020.
Start your own three-step project today. You can change who you are based on your core needs. You can change what you choose to do based on your core needs. And. You can change your beliefs [well at least those that need to be altered] based on your current 2020 needs not those that were ingrained within you when you were a child. Individuals will find a vast array of ways to spend their 10 days of change; but, given my experience I am sure that the process for each person will be the same.
