Join the DEI army or perish.

The DEI army is crushing us all step by step

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion [DEI] movement is destroying traditional forms of government, business, and community. It is a movement that is gaining momentum all around the globe and the destructive impact of it is becoming more and more obvious.

To say that this movement should be opposed is to invite a world of hurt on any person[s] who takes that stand. Here I oppose DEI because it is a new form of evil. It is evil because the theory, spirit, and intention of the DEI movement is to promote the less competent above and beyond the most competent among us and this is the devil's work.

Diversity is all about the means to an end...

This is the tip of the spear for the DEI army. In essence the aim is to replace critical and heuristic methods of thinking with ideologically or philosophically based thoughts. The DEI promote "group think" or what I like to call "one think". In this world it matters not whether you have different skin tones to the rest of the soldiers, or come to this army with different ethnic backgrounds, because ultimately you will all think the same thoughts. Under the DEI regime the army likes to promote black men and women [especially] above all those levels attained by white men and women. Sure there are many good reasons to do such a thing; but, the DEI army is not doing any of this for any of those good reasons. The DEI army is promoting ethnic and racial diversity as a means to an end. And to better understand their motivations we must dig a little into the ends that the DEI army seek to obtain.

Equity is all about reaching a utopian end...

Equity is all about equal outcomes and this notion is being pushed to replace the traditional notion of equal opportunity. In theory... if you join the DEI army you will land in a time and space that affords you all the rights and privileges that others enjoy. Equity means to be equal in all aspects of life no matter what challenges you might face with health, illness, education, etc. In the DEI utopia everyone will harvest the same benefits even if they do not pull their weight along the journey. Any notion of benefits accruing to the most competent is reverse and the least able are rewarded because they are victims of their circumstances. In the DEI army the victims are the heroes and most competent soldiers are military fodder. In this perverse world the very nature of being a human is suppressed by the notion that each and every soldier must serve the great good. And the great good is only served is the DEI means produce a utopian world where everyone falls to the level of least competent and least social adept because everyone is ultimately a victim.

Inclusion provides the glue for this dysfunctional army...

Inclusion is all about feelings [the feelings of the group]. Everyone must feel they are a super important member of the DEI group. In a group that is patterned to behave in lockstep it is an imperative to provide a sense of belonging. In human terms the DEI army is cold, calculating, and oppressive so there has to be a warm and fuzzy element to it all it will simply implode. The lack of disciplined thought [replaced by one think] alongside the goals of equal outcomes [same rights and privileges] makes this a robotic environment so there is plenty of scope for exercises that make a human feel good. And what is there that makes humans feel good? The sense of belonging [inclusion].

The DEI army marches on and who know where they are going or what evil acts/deed they will perform along the way. All I can suggest to you is you either join them or avoid them.

Richard.
