The minimalist

A MIND TRILOGUE

MINIMALISM establishes a MIND TRILOGUE - conversations happening right behind your eyes. Remember that your eyes are a window into your mind.

Dr Rupert Sheldrake suggests that your mind is actually projected out through your eyes. I am not sure where, or what, your mind is at any moment in time. But... I urge you to prime an unrelenting conversation between your three mind shards - Wants, Habits, and Belief.

Wants are formed by what you see and hear from your Clique. Habits are how you automate those wants into your behaviour. Beliefs are personal values that create the eye filters you use to curate your wants.

MINIMALISM presents your mind shards - wants, habits, and beliefs - with a TRILOGUE based on 'continuous updating' of your mindfulness.

Merry Christmas to you.

Richard
