The future of work is awesome....

Predicting the future of work is easy. Ready? The future of work is awesome [see photo]. In the next 5 to 10 years the nature of work will transmogrify from boring [robotic] into some form of exciting [creative]. This move will occur in both the context and the content of work.

The next big thing in work is "fantasy". The industry that is about to explode is the next evolution of video games [AI, VR, Avatars, wakeful dreaming, etc] and, as always, this will be led by pornography. The demand for "fantasy" is already building. People are bored. People are tired of "sameness". People are tired of the Cliques [and collectives] who rule their work and family lives. People are desperate to escape the clutches of "group think" [ideology, theology, propaganda, collectives, consensus, etc].

The mantra for the next global workforce is "do it your way". This is already happening in power pockets of activity all around the globe. It is not culture dependent. It is not education dependent [the opposite is true]. It is not gender dependent. It is not age dependent. It is not opportunity dependent [those who "do it your way" create opportunities where none seemed to exist just yesterday].

"Do it your way" is my mantra for everyone on Earth today. My process for each individual to unbundle him or herself from the norm of "do it their way" is to discover a minimal-you.

Thank for your time.....

Richard
