Rules for life...

The rules for structural change are few. Indeed... there are just three. By the way, any change that is not structural can easily be reversed or ignored.

The golden rules are - transparency, merit, and accountability.

Transparent change is driven from the outside-in not from the inside-out.

Merit is the gold standard for structural change.

Accountability is the anchor for structural change.

If you can restructure your life, organisation, community, etc based on the golden rules of transparency, merit, and accountability; imagine, how much better your life could be or could become. First... you could trust the data/information you receive. Second... you will not be surrounded by incompetency. Third... you, and others, will be held to be accountable for decisions/actions/behaviours/outcomes.
