Prepare for the 2020 "trust economy"......

Newminimalists promote trust in unconventional you.

Trust your sisters to support you.....

The transition towards "a trust economy" begins in 2020 [see photo]. Perhaps it is fitting that this move towards trust comes at a time when the world is full of people who do not trust each other. The coalface of this transformation is the 2020 workplace.

In the workplace there are two classes of worker today. First there are full-time employees who have well defined "jobs". Second there are gig contractors who rely upon the trust of their sisters and brothers to support them in their "careers".

The full-time employees live in a C20th cocoon that is shrinking as AI automation replaces obsolete labour-intensive processes. The advent of 5G communication networks will soon facilitate advances in AI automation at a rate that will be breath taking. As the opportunities shrink for traditional full-time employees the need for innovation in the traditional ways talent is recruited, deployed, and promoted. And change they will. The levels of talent held within organisations around the globe is about to shift towards a new frontier curve. This upcoming revitalisation of the workplace will be forced on the world by talented workers and resisted by holdovers from C20th management.

The gig contractors live in an expansive workplace that is being expanded by AI automation technologies linked to 5G communication networks. Gig contractors [think of people like the digital nomads who roam our world today] are about to become the permanent "outsiders" in the workplace as it transforms. These permanent outsiders [not the permanent insiders who rule the workplace today] are "agents of change" who are about to shake up the way things are done in our world.

Newminimalism is a "state of mind" I call minimal-you. Imagine that you could discover your unique version of minimal-you. Further imagine that you can do that in just ten days. Well the truth is that you can do that if you do the following three things.

First, eliminate collective wants. Second, automate individual habits. Third, recreate personal beliefs. You can do it, but, you will need to be dedicated and disciplined to make it happen. For more on moving out of the slow lane in life go to minimal-you.com
