One-think...


One -think is coloured orange.

We live in a world that is dominated by "one-think" [see photo]. Thus our organisations are being reformulated. And the primary organisational shift is structural - that is from teams of people to self-organising hubs of information.


This shift in organisational design has placed a new emphasis on how people think. I suspect this is the underlying reason we have "one-think" spreading faster than the Delta variant of the Covid-19 virus. One-think is being inculcated into hub-based organisations as a proxy for centralised control. If everyone thinks the same thoughts then these self-organising hubs will embrace, or reject, the same information flows - perhaps, this is the rationale for Internet censorship in 2021. This organisational design feature is not ideological per se; rather it is a simple mechanism that is used to keep a decentralised system under centralised control.


The brilliance of this "one-think" organisational design is clear when we see the unexpected success of HR professionals in pushing "diversity-equity-inclusion policies" into government, education, media, and large corporations. One-think can be relied upon to sustain a mind-based consensus with both global and local reach at the same time. And this feature ensures that any "one-think" organisation can be run by the Elite who establish the limits to rational thought within it. This is not a communist, socialist, totalitarian, or fascist system per se; it is one designed to afford top-down control of a hub-based organisational entity.


One-think is an organisational design tool that can be used to produce utopian or dystopian outcomes. Today the Elite use "one-think" to enforce dystopian outcomes on most people while escaping that result themselves. So what are some examples of 2021 "one think" systems. Bitcoin is a typical "one-think" system. Climate fear mongering is a typical "one-think" precept that will lead many to accept The Green New Deal, Zero carbon emission and repetitive lockdowns under a Zero covid cases regime, etc. However, I confidently assert [based on three decades of practical experience tinkering with alternative organisational designs] that all "one-think" organisational forms will eventually fail due to Hubris, Slackness, Contempt, Incompetent acts, and Mindful-intolerance that will seep through these systems to produce outcomes such as the surrender by the American Military at Kabul Airport.
