Use your own version of minimal-you to find more joy in life.
The hardest work you will ever do is involved in finding your unique version of minimal-you [see photo]. It took me seven years to do it and I invented the notion... ha, ha, ha.... So I urge you to start on your project right now. Yeah this minute. Not tomorrow, next week, next month, or next year but right now.
You can start by remembering those moment in your life when you felt special. Remember that feeling and recall how, why, when, and where that special moment struck. Your task is to create more and more and more of those moments in your life. As you do that you will find the key to your unique version of minimal-you.
