Minimal-you is my brainchild. This 'state of mind' is based on individual needs not on collective wants. Minimal-you is a natural 'state of mind' when one is a child [see photo].
When you are an adult the process to discover minimal-you has three clear steps - 1] Eliminate collective wants [those that belong to others not to you] 2] Automate individual habits [habits are the result of constant and consistent application of discipline to one's own behaviours] 3] Recreate personal beliefs [beliefs are initially formed by others - parent's, teachers, faith leaders, mentors, etc - instead you can create a new set based on your current, short-term, and long-term needs].
If you go to minimal-you.com you can purchase a 10 day course that facilitates your conversion to a life that is based on your needs rather than their wants.
If you do not have the means to pay my fee then here is the basics for a free 'do-it-yourself' kit. Select new friends. Stop listening to speakers at seminars etc unless they offer an extensive Q & A process. Accept that TED talks [and the like] do not help you to forge a better understanding of your core needs. Finally. Erase most of your self-talk [the mind-tapes that run inside your head 24/7].
