I urge you to make a list of all the people who you can't stand, loath, detest, or hate.
1] Write a series of notes next to each name on your list to illustrate precisely why it is that you detest him or her [see photo].
2] Comb through these notes and group those that are common to all of the people on your initial list.
3] Make a new set of notes about each group of pet hates about the people traits that are reflected within each particular group.
Once you had completed those tasks I am willing to bet that you reflexively exhaled a sight of relief. This expression of unexpected relief comes because you have [perhaps for the first time] put actual words to the feelings, or thoughts, you have about some very questionable people. This is such a "special feeling"; but wait... there is more.
4] Take the notes you compiled at each stage of this exercise and apply them to yourself.
Without forethought, or prejudice, you have just revealed to your conscious self who you are, what you represent, and what you believe in.
Richard.
