Leadership today - dispatch #5

Minimalists lead themselves and thus provide a model for others to follow

Ha, ha, ha..... leadership today.... ha, ha, ha....

The great reset has inadvertently, perhaps, cancelled the term leader. Today the most uninformed and incompetent people in the world are being hailed as leaders. If you mimic the inane comments and propagate the viral memes belonging to this mob you are a leader of the great reset. See the photo above and delight with me in a good belly laugh.

Twitter is led by some anonymous groups who live and work there. The CEO is simply the mouthpiece for this meme-based mob.

Google is led by those in the organisation who seek new business opportunities in China and thus are willing to be guided by the CCP. They will cancel your search privileges if you are not a fanboy or a fangirl of the CCP.

Amazon is led by the greed, and hubris, of those who built its web services division. These folks work with the darkest element inside free market and totalitarian systems geared to data capture, retention, and selective usage. This organisation is a new version of the mob.

Government is led by the most incompetent people on the planet. They willing workers on the great reset project that will merge the public with the private sector. Inside this new system the leadership will come from the bottom up. The mass will create the memes and mantras and the new leaders will propagate them.

And so on and so on.....

Outside my window it is about -6 degrees. The view from my window is one of a winter wonderland with freshly laid power snow everywhere.

As I sit here and write this for you I rejoice in the knowledge that "the world love me". Not because I am special or because I am a leader but simply because it can do that. It is there to support me as I struggle to meet all the mundane challenges in my life.

I can reassure you that "the world" does not care that much for the great reset. Perhaps this is because "the world" has seen all this, and worse, before.

The calm within me at this moment is like it has never been before in my entire life. In this peaceful state of bliss I find myself smiling at those who are leading the great reset. And sometimes my smile gives way to a raucous belly laugh.

Richard.
