Just say "no"....

As a minimalist I say "no" to minority rule.

We live in a time of "minority rule" and we can either accept that as the new normal or reject it as we chart our own course for life, liberty, and pursuit of joy. I say "no" to minority rule which is powered by "the collective". Indeed I have spent the last twenty years of my life marvelling at the distorted reality that is created when the minority rules. I thought this victimhood fad would soon fade. I was wrong. What happened it seems is that the more these self-professed victims found their voice through social media the more ultimate power accrued to them. And so during a year when the world struggled to deal with the covid virus a new viral strain of victimhood was left free to run amok. As a consequence the woke are the new rulers of workplaces, economies, government policies, community standards, shared mores, etc. Therefore I urge you to join me as I say "no" to the cult of the woke [see photo].

Medical researchers are starting to test a vast array of hypotheses about the origins, spread, and robustness of the covid virus. And so there is a strong possibility that humans will learn to live with this virus without too many more deaths. But... Social researchers are barren when it comes to presenting viable explanations of the origins, spread, and robustness of the woke virus. Some insights have been gleaned over the past five years; but, development of a coherent theory on this phenomenon proceeds at the pace of a sea turtle on land. So while our understanding the woke phenomenon remains scant the spread of minority rule is as fast as a bullet train. This is the reason the collectives are in charge of life on planet Earth.

I choose not to live with the woke, or within their collective power ambit, and so I say "no" to the minority rule. I am fortunate that I am minimalist because my current state of mind protects me against the woke virus; however, I must act to isolate myself from it. I must maintain a healthy social distance from all those who promulgate woke rhetoric. I must use the power of my unique version of minimal-you as a vaccine against the woke virus.

As a minimalist I created a culture of one and this enables me to say "no" to minority rule.

Richard.
