 Innovation

The first principle of innovation is to "think different".

Today most people long to think the same as others. They join "social movements" to prove to themselves [and others] that they are making a difference. However the "social truth" is that those who think the same are the antithesis of innovators. This is because they think tactics not strategies - they think short-term not long-term. They are unable to scale their ideas. They are unable to imagine that less is more and lower costs are the key to innovative success.

Innovators wear blue when the dress code is black. And they stand on their head. Why? Because innovators are designed to have fun. Because they are not interested in being part of the established system. Because they possess a DNA that will not tolerate more "sameness".

Richard.
