Individuals are now rare and precious.....

Newminimalism promotes *originality *discipline *creativity *loyalty *less fluff

Individuals are precious

We live and work in an environment that shuns individuals because it celebrates collectives. As an individual you have never been more precious than right now if you can retain your individual character traits of integrity, competence, discipline, originality, creativity, loyalty, and independent beliefs.

The most interesting individual today is the white male [see photo] because he is not a natural part of the collectives that push "woke-ness", diversity and inclusion, and racial profiling. Indeed a white male lives in a hostile environment today even if he is "woke", in favour of "diversity and inclusion", and willing to become the subject of "racial profiling".

It is past time for white males to double-down on being a proud, competent, disciplined, creative, and loyal workers in any workplace. But that is a workspace that individuals create [in the gig-economy or in start-ups] for themselves not inside the job they are recruited to perform as part of a biased [ideology-driven] collective.

The greatest assets of the individual today is his or her originality, discipline, creativity, competence, and integrity. But today they are being hired by "woke members" who hold sway over the growing HR power structure within organisations. The words used to enforce the "collective will" over the individual include collaboration, diversity and inclusion, equality, consensus, and unity. The result of the efforts of "woke" HR power elites is a workplace that features "group think", homogeneity, and "sameness". But... This is not a place of work where you [acting as an individual] can thrive, shine, or easily survive. When you act as an individual you need a workplace that values cooperation, difference, rational risk-taking, sound judgement, creativity, and trust.

If you believe you need to shore-up your individual strengths then I suggest that you find what I have dubbed your "minimal-you". Your version of "minimal-you" will be unique however it will be attained quickly if and when you place "individual needs" above and beyond "collective wants". Next you can change your habits to better support your individual needs. And finally you are well positioned to recreate your beliefs in support of your individual needs.

My version of "minimal-you" is what I have branded as "Newminimalism" and the great thing about this "state of mind" is that it can be shared with you and then you can reframe it to better suit your individual needs.

Richard

Newminimalism is built-out inside minimal-you. You can discover your unique version of minimal-you in just ten days if you do three things. First, eliminate collective wants. Second, automate individual habits. Third, recreate personal beliefs. You can do it, but, you will need to be dedicated and disciplined to make it happen.
