I dream therefore I am.....

My reality comes to me in dreams

I am still reaping the benefits of reframing my reality to include the possibility that we all live inside The Simulation [see photo]. Refer back to earlier riffs: one where I announced my support for the idea and one were I denounce it as an impossibility [software programers are not capable of engineering such this particular version of Wonderland].

My dreams, last night, were blank before I woke and went back to sleep. When I woke again I understood that my dreams were producing a "transcendental state" for me and my life. The magic of dreams is that you can swim across a road [see photo] if that is what you need to realign your sense of reality.

Practical applications of this way of thinking for all you folks include the following. If you are interviewing an applicant for a job ask him or her about dreams, reality, and alternative realities. This is especially valuable if you are recruiting folks who are creative, innovative, and think different. Surely the software engineers who designed and built The Simulation were people who knew that dreams shape reality.

A child is born and immediately his or her parents begin to teach that baby something about dreams and dreaming. The more they do that in ways that spike a child to accept the dream makers in literature, videos, games, textbooks [not so much], etc the more the emergent adult will thrive within or beyond life in The Simulation.

If I was recruiting talent today I would focus on their ability to dream. I would look for folks who understand the notion that "I dream therefore I am".
