Men and women the world over are working hard on their physical fitness [see photo]. My mission is to work on the fitness of their minds. When you go to a Gym you are immediately made aware of your physical infrastructure. However. Your success in the Gym [and in life] depends on your mind infrastructure.
Mind infrastructure is becoming increasing important to each of you. In this messy world it seems important that you have a mind infrastructure that is resilient, agile, and expansive. On social media you can see many examples of mind infrastructure that is fragile, frozen, and constrained.
My mind infrastructure currently runs a software version I call the Tardis. It gives me a mind that is resilient, agile, and expansive.
To build your unique mind infrastructure do the following: - eliminate wants and focus on needs - automate habits that support your needs - recreate beliefs so they align with your needs.
Once you begin to eliminate wants that come from others [your familial, Clique, ideology, theology, etc] you need habits and beliefs that support your new mindset. But. If you take this course of action you must change the mix of people who you choose to 'hang with'.
