How can you expand your view of life?

The strange discovery I have made [over the past ten years] is that if you can find your unique minimal-you then you can expand your mind. Even more strange is that you will still look the same to your friends but you will look totally different to yourself. By the way you will choose new friends and/or value your existing friends more than ever before.

This new mind is like the 'Tardis' used by Dr Who [this is a long-running sci-fi series produced by the BBC]. On the outside the 'Tardis' is a small blue police box with a light on top. On the inside it expands and expands and expands.

The good news for you is that I have establish a simple process [takes 10 days] with just three steps. The three steps are Eliminate collective wants; Automate individual habits; and, Recreate personal beliefs. You can do this yourself or you can enlist my help for a fee.

If you choose to do it on your own here is the plan. Select a group of friends to monitor the changes you achieve. Select another set of people who are not close friends to be your control group. Wants you have are formed by others not you - eliminate as many as you can. Automate your new habits. Recreate your old belief sets.

Go for it!

Richard
