Minimalists are based on three constants:
* minimal collective wants
* needs-based habits
* beliefs provide context to needs.
It will take you a minimum of 10 days to jettison "collective wants", to do the directed practice that can mould good habits, and recreate the belief set that ties minimalism all together.
