I invented the notion of minimal-you to enable me to live a "freestyle" life [see photo]. What enables me to live this way is that I choose to address my individual needs as a priority over the collective wants of the tribes, cliques, and "group think" of many other people. The reality for me is I live in a largely free nation [Czech Republic] and so I am lucky that I can develop my freestyle urges without too much intervention from the government.
Freestyle living is a choice that is denied most taxpayers in this era of Covid-19 lockdowns. The chant that accompanies those who deny a freestyle life is we do things "for the greater good". The chant of "the greater good" is always wrapped in collective wants - covid passports, green energy, tribal mores, biblical science, "group-think" language, fascist government rule, etc.
Freestyle living belongs to the minimalists in this era of collective fascism. Minimalists shape their own thoughts, curate their own habits, and inculcate their own beliefs. Minimalists will always maintain the focus, discipline, and commitment required to enable a freestyle life. And, surprisingly perhaps, the cost of living this freestyle life is minimal if, and only if, we choose to place our individual needs above their collective wants.

My mind as a minimalist is developed on a unique sense of what I call minimal-you which, in turn, is based on individual needs not collective wants. For instruction on how to establish your sense of you: go to minimal-you.com and hit the "become a minimalist" button in the banner heading. This will take you to a payment scheme for a 10 day programme that will teach you how to design, enforce, and live with mind filters: these help you to be the best person you can be.
