Family...

The joy of being a child.

Wherever one travels throughout Asia the common theme is family life [see photo].

The family unit has always been the cornerstone of Western Civilisation. Today the family can take shape as a two parent unit; an extended family unit; or a single parent unit. The sexual preferences of the adults who provide for their kids is not an issue. The religion of the adults who provide for their kids is not an issue. The political stamp of the parents who provide for their kids is not an issue.

Hold on just a minute.... I am talking about life as it existed before the rise of Black Lives Matter, cancel culture, gender politics, etc.

Black Lives Matter is a movement which seeks to abolish the family. The replacement for the family unit is a governmental system that teaches kids what to think, what to do, and who to associate with throughout their lives. This is a new religion; and as such, it seeks to replace the family oriented religions of the past. So this new civilisation will be a religious based entity that provides for a collective of kids not for an individual kid.

Collectives have assumed power throughout Western Civilisation and so most people accept the notion "it takes a village to raise a child". But what it not stated within that mantra is the obvious fact that one village can loath and detest the people from another. Thus villagers often go to war against each other. Wars between villages occur because to belong to a collective is to believe in "us" not "them". And so it should come as no surprise that a new weapon has emerged in this era of social media that can be used to destroy those who do not abide by your collective or religious tenants. This weapon is "cancel culture".

Gender politics is also being used as a weapon against the family across the width and breath of Western Civilisation. This is not an accident but rather a deliberate act by the collective cultists to eliminate the functional role of mothers in the formation of a family. Gender classifications have expanded to levels of abstraction that easily overwhelm the definition of a female as the linchpin in a family unit. However this new collective cult is not what it seems to most of those who observe it. Indeed this phenomenon is a new religion rather than an extension of socialism or totalitarianism. This means it is non-secular.

Ahead of us lies an historic clash centred around the role, function, utility, and importance of the family unit to human evolution. Western Civilisation is about to abandon the family as a relic of past religious practices; meanwhile Communist China is about to double down on the idea that the family unit is the cornerstone of social etiquette, communal structure, and cohesion in a population with a vast array of competing interests.
