Living inside The Matrix [see photo] seems to suit most folks. However, I do not know because [except for short periods of my life] I have lived my life outside The Matrix.
If you live, thrive, and survive inside The Matrix it stands to reason that your life encounters these recurring themes - collaboration, empathy, rules, groups, and networks.
However.
If you live your life outside The Matrix perhaps you are much more likely to encounter these recurring themes - cooperation, trust, discipline, individuals, and guilds.
The Matrix maintains a vice like grip on you by making you play an inside game. When you look for change - do you search inside yourself, family, workplace, etc? When you look for joy, happiness, meaning, and fulfilment in life - are compelled to peek inside yourself, family, workplace, etc?
Perhaps, it is time for you to examine your inside game to see if it is still able to deliver what you most desire. One simple way to test your inside game is to examine your mind tapes [the voice running inside your head]. Take notes for a week. When you finally review your notes - you may be surprised by what you keep telling yourself about your life.
