Bring real change to yourself and others

Real change comes from you or her.

The voice running inside your head probably is not yours [see photo]. And yet it is the story that you tell yourself over and over and over again. Furthermore this becomes the base-load voice tape that you add to when you are alone with content from your iPhone. At work you have voice tapes that you and your colleagues have all ingested and so you all have the same sounds running inside your heads. At home you have voice tapes that are recordings of messages from your parents, teachers, priests, etc.

Are your current set of voice tapes helping you to believe in yourself, to conqueror your fears, to meet your needs, and to make you happy.

You can create an inner voice that addresses all your needs. But. First, you must eliminate all those voices that enunciate the wants of others [keeping up with the Joneses]. Second, lay down inner voice tapes that match your daily habits to your individual needs not to collective wants. Third, write down dream narratives before you go to sleep that include incredible images that can strengthen your self-belief.

After a year or so the inner voice you listen to will be your own. It will be the voice of minimal-you. This voice will be with you 24/7. When you sleep your inner voice will be presented to you as images. Some will be sad, some will be uplifting, and some will be scary. Your inner voice shows up as images in your dreams which act as a clearinghouse for content that does not address your needs, habits, or beliefs. In your dreams you use images to reset your inner voice. So through every 24hr cycle in a minimal-you life your inner voice and your dreams will be in perfect sync.

Why will you change your inner voice? You will do it because you need to ensure that some of the ordinary things you do each day can have an extraordinary impact on someone else. You need to make sure that some of those little things you do can make a difference to others who share your space on Earth for a moment, an hour, or a day in their lives. How will changing your inner voice impact your own and the lives of others?

If you know what you need you will model that way of being to those around you. If you practice habits that support your needs you will influence those around you. If you conduct your interactions with others based on your heartfelt beliefs you will change the way people respond to you. Eventually you will become your best version of a minimalist and that will inspire others around you to find their own version of minimalism.
