At least twenty two million people died in the famine created by Chairman Mao's and his plans for The Great Leap Forward [see photo]. Chairman Mao took a subsistence culture and glorified it as a utopian dream. The directions for any one seeking to find their way into this utopian dream were all laid out in Mao's Little Red Book. But this book of Chairman Mao sayings did not produce The Great Leap Forward that the Chinese people were promised. It was only much later with the arrival of technologies from the West that China's version of the industrial revolution came to the hamlets of China. But... Be in no doubt that China, under Mao's despotic rule, did engage in a cultural revolution. It began with the savage purging of the intellectuals all over China and ended with the emergence of "the barefoot doctors".
Today the West is being driven to create its own version of The Great Leap Forward. This plan comes with many name tags but the most recent is The Great Reset. And as per Mao's Little Red Book: plans are being made for all of us to find our special version of utopia. We have a Green New Deal, we have diversity and inclusion, we have equity programs that are all compulsory, and so on. And just as there was a name for Mao's cultural warriors, The Red Guard, so we have name tags for our cultural change agents - they are Social Justice Warriors. If you are a social justice warrior, a third wave feminist, a proud green revolution protagonist, or an advocate of equity [equal outcomes] programs then I assume that you are "woke". If you are "woke" then I assume that you are waging a war against traditional systems and the history that brought them to us. Well that is fine with me. However all I ask of you is to stop and consider what you are doing for just a moment. I implore you to do this because I see this woke revolution as a violent act against me and my family and ultimately I believe it will become The Great Leap Backwards. The only evidence I can provide you with for my assertion or claim is that you are about to create a global social order which is known for its public squalor and its private decadence. In others words you are most likely creating a perfect version of dystopia.
Cheers, Richard.
