Trust... trust yourself then find people who you can trust and who can trust you.

Cooperate... build coalitions with colleagues with whom you find common cause.

Coalitions... support coalitions of interest and avoid ideological Cliques.

Mindfulness... use your greatest asset, your mind, to expand your brain.

Needs... attend to your individuals needs as a priority.

Ties... social ties that are tight restrict you - stay loose.
