HR departments promote diversity, inclusion, and equity [equal outcomes] as an imperative in the workplace [see photo]. In common language this means they are hellbent on training their workers to eliminate ethnic privilege.
The rational for this application of "woke philosophy" is that each group is homogeneous as a tribe; yet, they are heterogeneous as a collective of tribes. Thus the more tribes the better for the equity of individuals. However. The guaranteed outcome of this manufactured diversity is divisiveness; thus there is a pressing need for inclusion. But. Always remember that the ultimate aim of any woke HR department is to produce an "equal outcome" for each individual.
The woke philosophy is full of hubris and circular logic. They present us with what some refer to as a tunnel of knowledge. This tunnel acts as a funnel for all the knowledge, how-how, and knowing which lies outside an individual's cultural roots or mundane experiences [due to skin colour, gender, etc]. Once trapped inside their tunnel of knowledge you can never hope to disprove what they say because they speak about unknowns as if they are knowns.
The "woke facts" that HR professionals preach are used to inculcate a "cult-like mindset" within individuals throughout an organisation or a tribal community. Thus the ultimate result from all this preaching is "one think" or "group think".
Abolish your HR department and you can get off the merry-go-around that is producing mind-dead zombies rather than productive humans resources.
